Our instructor will be Trevor Sales! Trevor is the owner and pitmaster of Brix Barbecue right here in Fort Worth! Trevor has become a major name in the Texas Barbecue scene the last few years with his award winning BBQ.

Great new spot! 50+ taps, beer, wine, cider, mixed drinks on tap, plus a full bar and a partnership with Maplebranch for great pizzas and the like. Pay by the ounce, pour as much as you want. Love it.

Food comes from food truck so it's constantly rotating, so only the strongest remain. Great concept with a wide variety of options. Service is fast and courteous. Can't go wrong with a night out at Hoppin.
